Associate Attorney
Diepenbrock & Cotter LLP, an experienced AV rated insurance defense law firm is seeking an associate attorney with at least one year of litigation experience. Highly experienced attorneys are invited to apply as well. Job duties will include:
- Analyzing facts and legal theories
- Preparation of responsive pleadings
- Law and motion
- Accident and fact Investigation
- Preparing and responding to discovery
- Conducting client meetings and preparing client correspondence
- Taking and defending depositions
- Trial preparation
