Scott D. Cote
A central element of Scott Cote's practice is the representation of general contractors and sub-contractors in construction defect and accident matters. His practice also focuses on automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability, toxic tort, real estate and medical malpractice matters. He has extensive experience with personal injury matters, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death.
Scott brings his clients the benefits of over 20 years of experience in the legal field. He has successfully represented his clients in both bench and jury trials.
Prior to joining Diepenbrock & Cotter in 2014, Scott was the managing partner of Cote Law Group.
Scott was born and raised in the Bay Area. He received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1998. He received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Cruz in 1992.
