Joshua Rose is an accomplished litigator with a strong background in matters involving tort/personal injury and products liability, construction defect and property damage, business and commercial litigation and professional liability.

Josh has been an attorney with Diepenbrock & Cotter since October 2008. Based in Sacramento, he serves clients throughout California. He has been practicing since 1997, with a focus on insurance defense litigation since 2002. Josh's practice is concentrated on defense-side transportation, personal liability/tort and products liability cases. He has nearly two decades of experience defending trucking companies and their drivers regarding significant transportation matters, cargo claims, and complex, multi-vehicle accidents. As a member of the Transportation Law Practice Group, he is a part of the firm's 24-Hr. Emergency Accident Rapid-Response Team, which provides around-the-clock availability for trucking and transportation clients not only when everyday accidents happen, but also when catastrophic accidents occur. The team ensures clients are immediately and thoroughly represented. The team’s rapid response assures that the most critical evidence and information is recovered immediately following an accident.
